End User License Agreement (EULA)
Last updated: February 1, 2026
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of the Apollo FPV website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to this Agreement.
1. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activity on your account.
2. License to Use the Platform
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for its intended purposes, subject to this Agreement.
3. Courses, Postings, and User Content
You may create, publish, or purchase courses and postings ("Content"). You retain ownership of your Content but grant Apollo FPV a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and promote your Content on the Platform for operating, improving, and marketing the service. You are responsible for ensuring your Content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe third party rights.
4. Purchases and Payments
Paid Content may be offered for purchase. Prices, taxes, and fees are displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party providers. Unless required by law or stated otherwise, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Access to paid Content may be revoked for chargebacks or policy violations.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by attempting unauthorized access, scraping, reverse engineering, distributing malware, or posting unlawful, harmful, or infringing Content.
6. Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its software, branding, and design, is owned by Apollo FPV and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or create derivative works except as permitted by this Agreement.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this Agreement or to protect the Platform. You may stop using the Platform at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
8. Disclaimers
The Platform and Content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or availability of any Content or that the Platform will be uninterrupted.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apollo FPV will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of the Platform.
10. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page or otherwise communicated. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance.
